12 Hours Day Shift ( 36hrs/week) Pay rate: $60 - $65/hr Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient safety, and experience caring for older adults and residents with complex or chronic medical needs. The RN will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care. Duties Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations. Monitor residents for changes in condition, medication effects, adverse reactions, and potential complications. Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, vital-sign monitoring, and management of chronic conditions. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans, health conditions, treatments, and changes in status. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and medical records. Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and long-term care standards. Requirements 2+ years of Registered Nurse experience preferred , preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric care. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on facility standards. Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
