This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 care to a preschool-aged student with a tracheostomy and additional medical needs. Schedule & Assignment Details:

Contract position running from ASAP through the last day of school in May Hours generally from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, totaling about 30.75 hours per week Monday through Friday, maintaining consistent care throughout the school week Focused caseload: provide nursing care for one 4-year-old student

Required Skills and Desired Experience:

Current RN or LPN licensure (eligible for Nebraska practice) Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Confidence in tracheostomy care and management of other complex health concerns; further details will be provided during the interview Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members Compassionate approach, with a focus on supporting both medical needs and a positive school experience
