Responsibilities Assess critically ill patients and monitor vital signs and changes in condition. Manage and monitor ventilators, hemodynamic equipment, and other ICU technologies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Communicate with patients and families and provide updates on care. Follow infection-control, safety, and evidence-based nursing practices.
