Nurse Administrator Premier Health Group Clifton, NJ Job Details Full-time $120,000 - $140,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Healthcare resource management Staff scheduling Team scheduling Documentation review Clinical program staff coordination Full Job Description Position Summary The Clinical Operations Administrator will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to support the operational execution of clinical programs across the organization. This role serves as a liaison between clinical leadership, providers, office management, billing, scheduling, and other operational teams to ensure clinical standards, workflows, and organizational initiatives are consistently implemented across locations. The Clinical Operations Administrator will be responsible for monitoring clinical workflows, identifying operational gaps, supporting provider accountability, coordinating provider resources, and assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of clinical protocols. The position requires a highly organized, proactive healthcare professional who is comfortable working across multiple departments and locations in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Operations & Provider Support Partner directly with the Chief Medical Officer to support day-to-day clinical operations and organizational clinical initiatives. Monitor adherence to established clinical protocols, workflows, and visit expectations. Conduct periodic chart and documentation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify workflow, documentation, scheduling, or operational issues affecting clinical performance. Coordinate follow-up and corrective actions with providers, office managers, and clinical leadership. Support provider onboarding and implementation of clinical expectations. Assist with development and implementation of new clinical workflows, protocols, and service-line initiatives. Provider Scheduling & Resource Coordination Partner with Office Managers and clinical leadership to develop and optimize NP and provider schedules. Coordinate provider coverage across offices, satellite locations, events, and organizational initiatives. Evaluate provider capacity and patient demand to recommend scheduling adjustments. Assist with identifying and resolving provider coverage gaps. Support expansion or modification of clinical schedules as organizational needs evolve. Clinical Performance & Patient Access Meet regularly with Office Managers to review new patient volume, provider utilization, scheduling opportunities, and clinical operational needs. Monitor key clinical performance indicators and identify trends requiring intervention. Assist leadership in improving patient access, provider utilization, clinical throughput, and continuity of care. Support clinical initiatives designed to improve patient identification, follow-up, and progression through established care pathways. Documentation & Revenue Cycle Coordination Partner with Billing and Revenue Cycle teams to review outstanding clinical documentation and unresolved provider notes. Identify documentation or workflow issues that may contribute to billing delays, denials, or discrepancies. Coordinate with providers and clinical leadership to resolve documentation deficiencies. Escalate recurring documentation or clinical workflow concerns to the Chief Medical Officer.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
