Job Overview We are seeking 2 part-time retired nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires visiting clients to do assessments and then develop and update their plan of care. You will review your clients care notes and follow up as needed. You will provide professionsl support to the caregivers as needed. There is no heavy lifting. Duties Perform comprehensive homecare patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history documentation Monitor and record patient progress using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Medical Records management tools Collaborate with our Certified Home health aides to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and uphold nursing policy compliance Communicate effectively with patients' families and caregivers to provide updates and education on health conditions and post-care instructions Requirements Valid State Board of Nursing licensure with current registration in good standing Be computer literate Have a reliable car and valid drivers license Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and acute care procedures Familiarity with health regulations compliance including HIPAA standards and nursing practice acts Excellent communication skills for family interaction, patient caregiver education, and clinical collaboration

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 16.0 per week
