We provide nursing oversight, medication management, assessments, care planning, and a supportive daily program for seniors and adults with chronic conditions. Position Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) leads all clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance with NJ Adult Day Health Services regulations (N.J.A.C. 8:43F), and serves as the primary clinical liaison between participants, families, physicians, and administration. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services for 160 daily participants
• Conduct participant assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Manage medication administration, storage, and documentation
• Supervise, train, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Coordinate with physicians and communicate with families

• Lead quality assurance and prepare for state surveys
• Respond to medical emergencies during program hours Requirements
• Active NJ RN license in good standing (required)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification (required)
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years nursing supervisory/management experience
• Adult day care, ALF, SNF, or home health experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of NJ ADHS regulations
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred What We Offer
