Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a pediatric patient in East Rutherford, NJ requiring tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and G-tube feedings . This is a rewarding opportunity to build a lasting relationship with the child and family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of their home.

Available Shifts Coverage Needed:

Day, evening, and overnight shifts available Weekday and weekend opportunities Flexible scheduling options available Consistent long-term case About the Case 2-year-old medically complex pediatric patient Trach and ventilator dependent G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care Requires ongoing respiratory monitoring and airway management Private duty 1:1 nursing care in the home setting Long-term case with consistent scheduling opportunities Supportive family and dedicated clinical team What You'll Do Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered Administer and monitor G-tube feedings Assess respiratory status and respond appropriately to changes in condition Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

Pay Rate RN:
