What You'll Do:

Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and comfort throughout every procedure Conduct pre-procedure assessments — vital signs, IV starts, medication administration, and health history review Set up, stock, and sterilize procedure rooms and equipment before each case Partner with physicians, anesthesia staff, and the clinical team to monitor patients during procedures Manage room turnover and traffic flow to uphold strict infection-control standards Deliver clear, compassionate updates to patients' families throughout the visit Document all procedural details accurately within the practice's EMR system Guide patients through recovery, discharge instructions, and post-procedure education Uphold every patient's right to privacy, dignity, and confidential care Follow all safety, regulatory, and infection-prevention protocols consistently

What You Bring:

2+ years of nursing experience in an OR, procedure room, ambulatory surgical center, or similar setting Active New Jersey RN license Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) If you're passionate about surgical nursing and want to grow your career with a supportive, patient-first team, we'd love to hear from you.
