Glow MedSpa is looking for a talented, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. We are seeking both experienced aesthetic injectors looking for an opportunity to grow their clientele and advance their career, as well as qualified nurses or nurse practitioners who are passionate about aesthetics and interested in developing their injectable skills through hands-on training and mentorship. About the Role As an Aesthetic Injector at Glow MedSpa, you will provide personalized consultations and aesthetic treatments while creating a comfortable, professional, and elevated experience for every client. Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for facial balance, excellent communication skills, a patient-first mindset, and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Administer injectable aesthetic treatments within your professional scope of practice Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, aftercare, and ongoing treatment plans Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation Follow all safety, sanitation, clinical, and professional protocols Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional care and service Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, treatments, and industry trends Collaborate with the Glow MedSpa team to provide a seamless client experience Help grow and maintain a loyal injectable client base Qualifications Active and unrestricted New Jersey RN or Nurse Practitioner/APN license Strong interest in medical aesthetics and facial rejuvenation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and client-focused Comfortable educating clients and recommending appropriate treatment plans Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced med spa environment Previous aesthetic injecting experience is highly valued but not required for every candidate. For the right RN or Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background, passion for aesthetics, and willingness to learn, training and development opportunities may be available.
