Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description Role Overview:

Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, emphasizing Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence. Oversees and guides assigned staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations. Supervise and support healthcare team members to maintain standards. Promote a patient-centered approach and uphold service excellence standards. Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred. One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire. Valid RN license in the state, with current BLS certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP depending on patient care needs. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
