Avon Nursing Home—a cozy, 40-bed skilled nursing facility nestled in a scenic location—is seeking a Part-Time RN for Weekend and Evening shifts (24 hours per week) to join our loving family. We are located just a short, lovely drive away: 13 minutes from Lima 15 minutes from Henrietta and Rush 16 minutes from Honeoye Falls 25 minutes from Bloomfield and Churchville 27 minutes from Mt. Your Role & Responsibilities As a vital part of our care team, you will bring comfort, healing, and peace of mind to our residents: Provide gentle resident care, such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and performing catheterizations. Administer prescribed medications and treatments with care, documenting accurately in our EMR system. Observe residents closely, charting and reporting any changes in condition or responses to treatments, and answering call lights with a warm, helping hand. Conduct thorough resident assessments and lead thoughtful care planning. Deliver the kind, compassionate touch that makes our residents feel right at home.
What We're Looking For Licensure:
Must be currently licensed and in good standing as an RN in New York State.
Heart & Communication:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a deep passion for comforting others.

$33.00 - $40.00 per hour
