Job Description
Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working night shifts with a salary range of $72,072.00 - $74,229.26 and an hourly rate of $34.65 - $35.69. Gain critical care experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive units. Opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care. Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient needs. Collaborate with team members to create and follow care plans, ensuring quality and safety. Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold a current NYS RN license, and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications. Require 1-3 years of ICU or Progressive Care RN experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Contribute to a respectful, caring environment while adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
