Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies quickly and effectively Collaborate with medical teams and interdisciplinary staff to deliver evidence-based care and create individualized treatment plans Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and operate advanced clinical equipment with precision and attention to detail Communicate patient status, progress, and care recommendations clearly to patients, families, and team members Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in patient records to ensure quality and continuity of care
