Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will provide critical after-hours end-of-life care, managing comfort, pain, and symptom control for our residents. You will act as a vital anchor of reassurance for families navigating their loved one's final journey.

Details:

Position title: On-call Registered Nurse (RN) - Comfort care Must have active RN license in NY state Hospice or end of life care experience preferred but not mandatory.

Deliver hands on palliative nursing care, focus entirely on comfort and dignity. Offer emotional and educational support to resident families during their stay.
