Centers Health Care is seeking an RN Cart Nurse to deliver compassionate bedside care while leveraging innovative health IT tools. In this role, you will manage medication carts, perform assessments, administer treatments, and maintain accurate EHR documentation across our facilities. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure patient safety. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments from mobile carts in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition Document all care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to update and implement care plans Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge instructions Maintain medication cart security, organization, and regulatory compliance Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards throughout daily practice Participate in clinical training, quality improvement initiatives, and technology adoption projects Required Skills Patient assessment Medication administration Electronic Health Records (EHR) IV therapy and wound care Care planning and coordination Clinical documentation Infection control Basic life support (BLS) HIPAA compliance Health IT systems familiarity
