Job Description
We are dedicated to promoting wellness and supporting individuals throughout their health journeys. This part-time casual RN position in the emergency department offers general nursing care to diverse patients and families in a 24/7/365 setting. The RN practices per Ohio Board of Nursing standards, delegates tasks appropriately, and provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Responsibilities include performing health assessments, developing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and participating in process improvements. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN within five years. The role involves variable shifts and emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a high-reliability environment.
