Join our team as a Service Center Registered Nurse in Salem, OR! We seek a compassionate RN with experience in patient care over the phone, capable of handling triage, inquiries, and care coordination in a fast-paced environment. This relief (on-call) position involves using EPIC EMR, with competitive pay ($41.66-$51.03/hour DOE) and bilingual bonuses. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, responding to questions, guiding care, ensuring first-call resolution, and documenting interactions. Qualifications include an active RN license in WA/OR (dual licensure within 120 days), at least 1 year outpatient experience preferred, BCLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred), and bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
