Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Food Service or the Assistant Food Service Director, assist in the preparation and service of food Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Transport food trays to the nursing units as needed Prepare and serve meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
