Registered Nurse (RN) - Residential Facilities We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our residential facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with medical protocols and individual care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies Collaborate with healthcare teams, residents, and families to develop and update care plans Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided and residents' health records Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies
Skills and Qualifications:
Nursing Certification from an Accredited Institution. Individual must be a Registered Nurse and previous experience in a psychiatric residential treatment facility is preferred. Proven experience in residential care, long-term care, or similar healthcare settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and documentation procedures Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively Our organization values a positive, inclusive culture that promotes professional growth and development. Requirements:
We are currently looking for a RN for our Residential Treatment Programs. This nursing position works with at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 18. The Staff Nurse will provide a high standard of care through assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluation of all clients under their care. They are responsible for all day-to-day nursing care to the assigned clients. You will also need a current Pennsylvania License and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Work Hours:
Two - 8-hour Shifts Two - 12 hours Shifts One day every other weekend.
