Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic Holistic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality, Integrative nursing services across diverse settings, mainly in the office settings with Direct primary care / concierce membership model. Your proactive approach and clinical skills will ensure patients receive personalized care that promotes recovery, comfort, and dignity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient outcomes and professional growth. Responsibilities Perform both clinical and non-clinical medical office work. Comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications, injections (including IV infusions), and treatments following established protocols and safety standards. Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, wound suturing, and ventilator management with precision and confidence. Document all patient interactions accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA confidentiality policies. some non-clinical admin work also may have to be done. Business development and membership growth tasks are also important supervising clinical operations may be needed. Skills Proven experience working with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems) such as Elation/ Epic / eClinicalWorks. Strong clinical knowledge in areas like critical care, geriatrics, geriatrics, ICU experience, trauma centers (Level I & II), or emergency medicine. Expertise in medication administration including injections, IV insertion/infusion techniques, and venipuncture procedures. Familiarity with medical coding systems such as
ICD-9/10
for accurate documentation and billing purposes. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with physiology knowledge to deliver safe and effective care across various age groups—including pediatrics and neonatal units. Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds while demonstrating compassionate caregiver communication skills. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining clinical safety standards. Experience working in a Holistic practice is highly desirable.
