Required Experience:

At least 1 year of RN experience in long-term care; rehab experience strongly preferred

Patient Ratios:

1:7 for acute rehab

Certifications:

BLS required

First-time Travelers:

At least one travel assignment completed

Additional Requirements:

No locals or pending licenses accepted; no holiday time off; strong adaptability for floating as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in acute rehab and long-term care Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and adapt to occasional MedSurg support Accurately document patient progress and communicate updates to leadership
