Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient assessments and treatment plans Monitor, document, and respond to changes in patient conditions with diligence and precision Provide support and education to patients families, ensuring compassionate communication Adhere to evidence-based clinical protocols and safety standards
Desired Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license At least one year of recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills Positive references from previous ICU assignments are a plus
