Qualifications:

Hold an active TX RN or LVN license. Must be able to obtain or provide state fingerprinting and successfully complete a background check. Previous school nursing experience is a plus. Experience with student care involving feeding, toileting, and transfers is highly desirable. Please note the district cannot consider previous employees or those ever terminated from any school district (affidavit required).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily, one-on-one nursing care to assigned students. Support classroom activities, ensuring students medical needs are met throughout each day. Communicate promptly and effectively with educators, families, and student support teams. Maintain detailed and accurate health records as required by the district.
