Highland, Utah Sunday Nights:

2000-0800 Set Schedule 1 patient per shift, 1 chart per shift, clean home setting, free and safe parking

Job Type:

Full Time Responsibilities include: general nursing assessments general charting abilities and timely recording of patient events gastrostomy tube care/feeding medication administration respiratory care (ventilator, tracheostomy, and bipap treatments) positive attitude pride in nursing care delivery attention to detail

Qualifications:

Current RN License or LPN License required (must be available in DOPL) RN RATE $32-$36/HR

LPN RATE

$26/HR Experience with children is a plus Experience with palliative care is a plus CPR certification is required Patient care experience (new graduates are welcome to apply after passing the

NCLEX AND
