Compensation:

We are seeking a performance-driven Registered Nurse who combines clinical credibility with strong communication, patient education, and ethical consultative sales skills. About the Role This is a patient-facing clinical sales and care-navigation role, not a traditional bedside nursing position. Your primary focus will be men's and women's sexual wellness, including men's ED programs and treatments, women's sexual health, shockwave therapy, PRP, and other approved wellness protocols. You will also support hormone and peptide programs and medical weight-loss consultations. After demonstrating competency and consistent performance, you may receive training in additional aesthetic and wellness services, including injectables, body contouring, skin treatments, and IV therapy. At TruSolace, we believe ethical sales are part of patient care. You will educate patients, recommend appropriate care under provider protocols, explain treatment options, and confidently guide qualified patients toward the next step without compromising integrity. All clinical responsibilities must remain within applicable Utah law, licensure, provider protocols, training, and scope of practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct empathetic consultations regarding sexual wellness, hormones, weight loss, and wellness goals. Explain approved treatment plans, pricing, packages, expectations, and next steps. Build trust while professionally asking patients to make a decision. Complete accurate EMR documentation and follow clinic protocols. Track leads, consultations, offers, closes, follow-ups, and reactivations in GoHighLevel. Maintain patient relationships that support retention and appropriate program expansion. Coordinate closely with providers and the TruSolace team. Your First 90 Days Master TruSolace protocols, consultation flow, and patient journey. Conduct consultations using approved scripts, documentation, and EMR processes. Become confident presenting treatment plans and asking for the decision. Complete weekly role-play, coaching, and scorecard reviews. Build competency across sexual wellness, hormones, and medical weight loss. One to two years of clinical experience. Strong communication and patient-education skills. Comfortable discussing sensitive topics professionally.
