We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional care while ensuring compliance with Virginia home care regulations. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments. Develop, review, and update individualized care plans. Provide clinical supervision and support to caregivers. Perform nursing visits as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records. Ensure compliance with Virginia Department of Health regulations and agency policies. Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, and agency staff. Participate in quality assurance and staff training activities. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license . Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home health or home care experience preferred). Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
