Job Description
Virginia Healthcare Services of the Valley, a skilled home health agency, is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide visits to patients in an assisted living facility in Orange, Virginia on a per visit basis. Examples of services to be provided include wound care, lab draws, patient/caregiver education related to chronic disease processes, assessment, care plan management, urinary catheter changes, etc. Compensation of $135 for OASIS Start of Care visit and $100 per visit for all other visit types. Mileage stipend of 58 cents per mile from clinician's home to the ALF location. Must have active RN license. Prior home health and acute care experience required. Prior experience with Kinnser/Wellsky EMR software a plus. Must be able to pass criminal background check through the Virginia State Police Registry. Qualified candidates only please submit resume
