Registered Nurse - Hospital Float Pool The Hospital Float Pool at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hospital specific and includes floating to units with additional need due to either acuity or staffing. Primarily assigned to inpatient units, this Central Float Pool is ideal for those who enjoy variety or are interested in learning new skills. Due to the advanced level of practice, at least 18 months of acute care nursing experience is required. Job Summary Provides safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process. Applies professional standards in ethics, collaboration, leadership, and evidence-based practice. Uses clinical knowledge and skills to meet the needs of their specific unit. Education Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program Certification/Licensure Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing BLS within 90 days of hire Experience 18 Months of acute care RN experience(required)
