What You'll Do Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer neuromodulators, including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. Perform dermal filler treatments for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Perform biostimulatory treatments, including Radiesse, within your training and scope of practice. Evaluate facial anatomy, proportions, and aging patterns to deliver natural, balanced outcomes. Educate patients about treatment options, realistic expectations, and long-term aesthetic maintenance. Recognize, prevent, and appropriately manage injection-related complications. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, photography, and patient follow-up. Build and maintain strong patient relationships through excellent communication and consistent results. Collaborate with our medical providers and aesthetic team to create comprehensive treatment plans. Support ethical practice growth through patient retention, education, and personalized treatment recommendations. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Washington State NP. PA or RN license. Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience in a clinical practice. Demonstrated proficiency in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and complication management. Established experience conducting independent aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans within professional scope. Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient-focused approach. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to natural-looking results. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of clinical independence. This is not an entry-level injector position. Candidates must have at least two years of actual aesthetic injection experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation. Experience with Radiesse, biostimulatory injectables, PRP/PRF, or other regenerative aesthetic treatments. Experience developing personalized, multi-treatment aesthetic plans. Interest in continued professional development and learning new aesthetic techniques.

Local Market Experience :

Strong preference will be given to experienced aesthetic injectors who have previously practiced in Vancouver, Camas, or surrounding Southwest Washington communities.
