Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:30

AM Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 1 month within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Credentials:

Associate degree or certificate required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

1 travel assignment preferred.

Unit Details:

Patient ratios are 1:4-5 on days and 1:6 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend and every other holiday. May be low-censused and placed on call; call-back minimum is 2 hours.

Floating Requirements:

Float to like units and to Howard Young, Tomahawk, and Rhinelander. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed. 9 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years 1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
