Required Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active RN license ICU nursing experience required

BLS/ACLS

certifications (as required for ICU nursing) Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity settings Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assess changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and charts Respond rapidly and effectively to emergent situations Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures
