Desired Experience:

Active and unencumbered RN license (State of Wisconsin or compact state) Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are a plus Proficiency with EMR systems Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in the emergency department Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with acute conditions Administer medications, initiate interventions, and perform procedures per hospital protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and follow-up Maintain accurate, timely documentation
