Registered Nurse (RN): To provide direct program participant care and medical management for program participant of all ages, TBI rehabilitation and intensive medical management services. To participate in the development of the interdisciplinary treatment plans or plans of care. To assess the persons served regarding presenting problems, and integrate assessed areas in individual plans of care and update and evaluate the plans as necessary.

  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform catheterizations, IV insertions, and tube feedings as required.
  • Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on best practices and maintain RN license and certifications.
Licenses/ Certification:
Registered Nurses:
RN (Required) ACLS Required within 6 months of hire Qualifications
  • RN License
  • ACLS Certification
  • Experience in long term acute care
  • CPR Certification
  • Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and patient care
  • Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
  • Ability to assess and care for patients effectively
  • Knowledge of physiology and tube feeding techniques
  • Premium skills in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and medical office experience Responsibilities
