Salary Range:
RN:
$33.65-$50.49/hour (depending on experience)
LPN:
$22.68-$34.03/hour (depending on experience)
Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Care Center team, where you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Review CNA assignments and communicate ongoing resident needs throughout the shift. Supervise, direct, and motivate CNAs to ensure quality care aligned with each resident's plan of care. Assess residents through observation, conversation, and physical evaluation; document findings accurately. Provide direct supervision and coordination of the resident care team. Administer medications, assist with ADLs, treatments, and therapies within scope of practice. Report changes in resident condition to physicians and families; document updates in medical records. Arrange emergency or outpatient services as needed. Follow facility policies, procedures, physician orders, and state/federal guidelines.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
For RNs:
Graduate of a state-approved nursing program. Current RN license in the State of Wyoming. Completion of SV Health/SVCC orientation program.
For LPNs:
Graduate of a state-approved nursing program. Current LPN license in the State of Wyoming. Completion of SV Health/SVCC orientation program.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and interpersonal relationship skills. Proficient in resident assessment and care planning. Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
