Job Description

We are a thriving dental office located in Manchester, CT. We focus on implants and general dentistry. Looking for a patient care coordinator/receptionist to join our team! Looking for an outgoing person who enjoys interacting with people . Day to day responsibilities are listed below. Answering patient phone calls and scheduling patients on our dental software Dentrix Checking voicemail and returning messages Confirming upcoming appointments via phone calls and text messaging system Checking in patients and collecting copays Checking out patients and scheduling next appointments Scanning all patient documents into chart Shredding documents We offer great benefits and competitive pay that is based on your experience and skill in the dental field.
