Job Description

Nextaff is hiring a Medical Office Receptionist to work with our client, a primary care medical practice in Dunedin, FL. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will be greeting & checking in patients, answering telephone calls and fielding inquiries regarding scheduling, billing, and other general patient questions and ensuring patient notes are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, and a path to earning a permanent position with benefits with our client! What We Need From You:

Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office environmentYou have knowledge of medical office procedures and terminologyYou have experience documenting in and updating patient data in EHR application (experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred)You are friendly, outgoing, have an excellent telephone presence and enjoy solving problemsBackground and drug screening required
