DPS is now hiring a Patient Services Worker for a Facility in Brunswick, GA. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

2415 Parkwood Dr. Brunswick, GA 31520
Schedule:
6:00am - 6:00pm (Days and hours may vary)
Starting Pay Rate:
$14.50 hour (based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Responsibilities:
Visits patients to introduce the services of the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
Ensures that nutrition diet care orders are provided to the patient by offering appropriate menu selections.
Communicate all patient food needs to the appropriate area of the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
Delivers nourishments and/or snacks to patients as ordered by physician/dietitian in a timely manner and collects patient trays during meal service. Assists the clinical staff in ensuring all patients basic nutrition care needs are met.
Inventories and re-stocks pantries, refrigerator, and freezers on assigned units.
Maintains temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.
Maintains and adheres to all sanitation standards by following assigned cleaning schedules. Completes other sanitation tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Relief Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Ability to obtain and maintain Food Safety Certification. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail. Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and remain on feet for extended periods. Proof of immunizations and TB test required. Know someone who may be interested?
