1 year experience working in an office setting (medical office preferred), have experience working with computers, multi-line telephone, and office equipment (eg.: copy / print).

Experience working with electronic medical records The patient service representative is responsible for the following: Take incoming calls and voicemail messages, and perform various associated tasks. Schedule appointments, tests and procedures, generate patient referrals, and perform various associated tasks. Prepare patient records for upcoming appointments using electronic medical record system. Process incoming documents for physician review, and perform tasks necessary for patient care. Perform tasks associated with patient appointment check-in and check-out. Scan and file documents. Assist with maintaining exam room and examination instruments, exam room cleanup and turnover, and with overall office cleanliness.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
