Looking to add organized and detail-oriented medical administrative assistants with a passion for healthcare to our team. Candidates will be assigned to one main office location, but may occasionally need to cover other locations. Must be comfortable using a computer. This position is particularly suited for individuals interested in becoming medical providers. We are hiring one candidate for 98-211 Palimomi Street, Suite 830 Aiea, HI 96701 on Saturday.
Duties include:
Front desk: Answer telephone calls, check-in patients, schedule appointments, and follow-up on no-shows. Obtain/verify patients' medical history, vital signs, medication dosage and frequency, allergies, and insurance Prepare charts and enter prescriptions into electronic medical record Communicate urgent concerns or patient care issues Check/maintain inventory of supplies. Prepare rooms, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and stocking supplies.
Qualifications:
Able to drive/bus to different office locations (as needed) Comfortable using a computer (typing and using a mouse)
COVID-19
