Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Receives patients at registration areas in a courteous, professional manner verifying demographic and insurance information. Collects copays, down payments and time of service payments from patients. Schedules appointments and communicates with patients regarding cancellations or rescheduling as appropriate. Answers all incoming telephone lines and transfers calls or takes messages appropriately. Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; meters/stamps outgoing mail. Balances cash payments and petty cash drawers.

Shift:

Full Time; 72 hours per pay period

Schedule:

Nights - 630p-7am Thursday, Friday & SaturdayWeekend package includes: 130% of base wage + $3/hr shift differential and eligibility for a quarterly incentive bonus worth 12% of base wage
