PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision and & 401K Benefits Tuition Discounts available through Rasmussen University As a Medical Office Clerk, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do: Prepares reports, summaries, records and related forms and documents; and maintains files and records. Communicates schedules with both clients and clinical staff. Answers inquiries regarding policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; and distributes information. Performs data entry, retrieval, and data searches; and compiles and tabulates data. Opens, stamps, classifies, sorts, and routes mail; and performs receptionist duties. Completes other assignments as requested and assigned. May have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
