Exempt Position Summary The Patient Outreach Manager is responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to educate doctors and patients about the benefits of medical cannabis and the proper use of medical cannabis products. Measures of success include redemptions of physician specific offers by new patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a strong understanding of the Florida medical cannabis industry. Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement outreach programs to educate physicians and patients about Insa's medical cannabis products and services, including developing educational materials, conducting presentations, and participating in community events.
• Work with our marketing and retail departments to develop compliant sales and marketing materials to educate physicians about Insa's medical cannabis products and services/programs (e.g. loyalty, return policies, and promotions).
• Establish and manage relationships with physicians to ensure that they are distributing educational information about Insa products and services to newly certified patients and recertified patients. Performance will be measured by tracking redemption of physician specific offers by new patients.
• Build and maintain a database of all physician interactions, notes on clinical preferences and follow-up schedules.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on "Physician-Influenced Visits" (tracked via promotion redemptions). Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to drive improvements.
• Monthly reporting on regional competitor activities and physician feedback regarding other MMTCs.
• Partner with physicians to host events in their offices to allow orders to be placed and drive traffic to the local Insa dispensary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills ? Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required. ? 3+ years of experience in patient education/outreach and/or sales. ? Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to establish trust through credibility and integrity. ? High integrity person that will maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations and uphold the brand values. ? Highly motivated self-starter able to solve problems and work independently to achieve key performance indicators. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ? Must have reliable transportation. ? Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations. Physical Requirements ? Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. ? Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally. ? Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist. ? Visual acuity is needed for viewing computer screens and fine print. ?Manual dexterity needed for performing transactions. Workplace Environment ? Busy retail environment with moderate noise level. ? Indoor/outdoor environment with exposure to seasonal temperature changes. ? High volume work during events, and holidays.

Pay range:

$ 76,200.00 $ 114,300.00
