Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mood and behavioral symptoms, evaluating their intensity, duration, and impact on everyday life. Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that all goals align with their unique needs and aspirations. Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth. Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, effective treatment options, and best practices for self-care. Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Work collaboratively with other health professionals to deliver integrated care focused on the overall well-being of each client. Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to ensure that treatment strategies are current and effective. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes diverse individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' struggles. Preferred Experience Previous experience in outpatient settings or private practice. Familiarity with substance use treatment or specialized mood disorder programs is a plus. Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of
