The Role:

We're looking for a friendly, organized person to be the voice of our practice. As Patient Customer Service Representative, you'll answer phones, post payments, and help with billing questions. If you're someone who loves helping people and staying organized, we'll teach you everything else you need to know. This is a fully remote position

What You'll Do:

Answer phones professionally and warmly Work with the clinical and billing teams to coordinate patient care Direct patients to the correct offices Help with billing questions Mail any statements that patients will ask for Posting patient payments Accept patient payments over the phone

What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent phone manner and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior Dental or Medical experience is preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn practice management software Eastern Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
