The Intake Coordinator is an independently licensed mental health professional who provides initial (both psychosocial and diagnostic) assessment, case management, short-term interventions, triage, and referral services to all potential client calls to the PMS Behavioral Health program.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Three years of experience in mental health treatment field with a minimum of one year of assessment/intake/triage experience for a full caseload of clients or for an agency.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
New Mexico State licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor, or social worker is required. Must be Independently licensed in New Mexico as an LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, and/or LPAT. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment: Criminal Records Check. $1000 EMPLOYEE
