We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Clerk for a temporary onsite assignment in Tarrytown, NY. This position will support an upcoming Epic go-live by helping review, organize, and clean up provider credentialing files prior to implementation. This is not an entry-level credentialing position . The ideal candidate will have strong provider credentialing experience and be able to step in quickly with minimal training. Responsibilities Review and update provider credentialing files Verify credentialing documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify missing, outdated, or incomplete provider information Assist with credentialing file cleanup in preparation for Epic implementation Maintain accurate provider records and documentation Follow established credentialing policies and healthcare compliance requirements Communicate with internal teams regarding missing or incomplete information Support additional credentialing projects as needed Qualifications Previous provider credentialing experience required Experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, medical staff services, or physician practice administration Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to review high volumes of documentation accurately Comfortable working independently with minimal training Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work fully onsite in Tarrytown Available to start quickly and commit to the full 8-12 week assignment Preferred Background Candidates with experience as a: Credentialing Specialist Credentialing Clerk Provider Enrollment Specialist Medical Staff Coordinator Medical Staff Services Specialist Healthcare Credentialing Specialist Maximum pay for this position is $25/hour.
