Job Description

Our growing orthodontic office is looking for an honest, loyal, and upbeat Patient Coordinator to join our tight-knit team. We are a small, family-oriented practice, and we need someone who is great at building rapport and making our patients feel at home—both on the phone and in person.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in healthcare. No prior dental experience is required , as our experienced front office team will provide full training for the right person! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, persuasive, and loves being a team player. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greeting patients with a smile. Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Handling insurance verifications and patient payments. Coordinating care with other dental offices. Manage recalls and overdue appointments. Assisting with office organization and light housekeeping to keep things running smoothly. Helping with occasional marketing events and social media.
Qualifications:
People Person:
You should be comfortable talking to new leads and "selling" the experience of our office.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using computers and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Local & Reliable:
We prefer someone local who is looking for a long-term home.
Schedule:
3 full working days (9-hour shifts). Optional half-day on Thursdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM). How to
