Job Description

Dental Patient Care Coordinator - Full-Time We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental practice! Our Patient Care Coordinator is an important part of our front office team and serves as a welcoming point of contact for our patients while helping ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout their dental care. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, approximately 35 hours per week. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in person and over the phone Organize and manage the daily appointment schedule Verify patient insurance benefits Collect payments and assist patients with financial questions Discuss financial expectations and payment options with patients Help patients understand and navigate their dental care Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Work collaboratively with the dental team to keep the office running smoothly Qualifications Previous dental office experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person! Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has: A positive, friendly attitude Strong work ethic and dependability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail A genuine desire to help others The ability to work well as part of a team If you are organized, personable, dependable, and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you!
