  • No Nights, No Holidays!
A schedule you can count on: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with minimal on-call. Compensation based on experience. Home medical care (not hospital-based!) CarePro Home Medical in Cedar Rapids is looking for a licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) who wants more than a job—you want a team that respects your expertise and a schedule that gives you back your nights and holidays. If you're passionate about patient education, home care, and working independently but supported , come join our team.
What You'll Do:
Educate and set up patients with PAP therapy (CPAP/BiPAP) and supplies Support ventilator patients post-hospital discharge Troubleshoot equipment and ensure patient compliance Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners & families Keep clear, accurate, documentation—without the stress of rushed hospital environments

What You'll Need:
Active Iowa Respiratory License CRT or RRT credential (NBRC) Strong computer skills Valid driver's license + insurable A positive, reliable, patient-first attitude Post offer, pre-employment background checks, reference checks, drug screen, physical agility test and TB test required.
