Job Description

Job Summary:

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) is sought for a facility located in SILVIS, Illinois. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care within a neonatal intensive care unit setting. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts and contributing to a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support neonatal patients' respiratory needs.

Job Details:

Schedule:

Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience:

Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) registration, Pediatric Neonatal Intensive Care experience preferred, at least 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work night shifts starting 08/02/2026

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in neonatal intensive care units and advanced respiratory life support certifications

Float:

Float rotation may be required

Responsibility includes assessing neonatal respiratory status, implementing ventilator management, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
